1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all product tags intact.
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us in most cases. If reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, our support team will guide you on the next steps.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:

Custom-stitched or tailored outfits.
Items sold during clearance or major festive sales (unless they arrive damaged).

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped (whichever is earlier).
Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, and the standard return policy will apply.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
Mode of Refund: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) used during the purchase.
Timeline: It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider (Cashfree Payments).
