Welcome to Radhe women Fashion. We strive to deliver your favorite ethnic and modern women's wear safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and dispatched.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available and selected, a nominal handling fee of ₹50 (or as specified at checkout) may apply to cover additional courier charges.

  • All shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/SMS.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeline

We partner with reliable courier services (like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure timely delivery:

  • Metros & Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities and towns): 5 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Areas / North-East / Jammu & Kashmir: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to unforeseen logistical delays or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking number and a link will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.

  • You can track the real-time status of your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking link.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with from the outside, please do not accept the delivery and take a photo/video.

  • Contact our customer support team immediately so we can look into the matter and arrange a replacement or resolve the issue with the courier partner.
